Gamifive ( or “we” or “us” or “our”) operates under Buongiorno UK Ltd. We provide games which are accessible over the internet through our website (“Service”). We respect your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

When you register to access games onGamifive ("Games"), we will need to collect and use your personal data in order to register you as a subscriber and maintain your account (“Account”). •commission or alleged commission of any offence; or
•any other personal data as the Minister of Communications and Multimedia may determine by order published in the Gazette.
We may use your personal data to confirm that Games have been accessed by you, to validate you as a member when you call our help desk, to prevent and detect criminal activity or damage to ourService,and to prosecute those responsible. Gamifive reserves the right to access and disclose your personal data to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users.
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If Gamifive or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, your personal data will be one of the transferred assets.
